How pricing works
Full management is 16% of accommodation revenue after the booking platform deducts its commission. Maintenance-only care is Rp 4,000,000 per month for a one-bedroom villa and Rp 4,500,000 per month for a two-bedroom villa, with the agreed services included. Materials and consumables such as cleaning materials, laundry, toilet paper, utilities, rubbish collection, repairs and replacement items are separate.
